Steve first came to Macadamias in 1999 and over the past 20+ years has become a passionate promoter of Australian macadamias.  Armed with over 35 years of experience with Asian customers and a fluent Japanese language capability, Steve has fostered deep relationship with key customers of Australian macadamias and supported a customer focus at MD that flows through everything we do.  Customers see this as a point of difference from MD and reflect upon it when they meet with growers to discuss their needs.  This direct interaction between those growing the product and those using the product promotes trust and traceability that delivers reliability.

Steve’s proudest work achievement at MD has been the development and emergence of MD as the sole direct partner for one of the world’s leading macadamia product and brands, Meiji Macadamia.  MD is today the benchmark upon which quality is judged by Meiji.

Something quirky about Steve:  Amongst many things he is a renown exhibition poultry judge both across Australia and overseas.
